Attribute is a property value that customizes or modifies an HTML element i.e
<a href='studysite.org'> StudySite </a> here href is attribute used to modify the value of the HTML element.
Elements will often have multiple attributes.

Specifies the characteristics of an HTML element and is placed inside the element's opening tag i.e. <p style='color-green;'>...</p>.

All attributes are made up of two parts name and value as :-
<div align='center'> here align is the name of element and center is it's value.

Always use lowercase, as in HTML5 attributes are not case sensitive HREF & href both are same. but in HTML4
W3C recommends lowercase.

Always quote (single or double quote, it's upto you) attribute values as <a href="studysite.org"> StudySite </a>
HTML5 does not require it but HTML4 need it to quote.
we recommend always use quote because if you forget to remove space at the end to opening tag, error may be arise as
<a href= studysite.org > StudySite </a>.
